One of the Impractical Jokers, Joe Gatto, posted a tweet after he received a free chicken sandwich from Pret A Manger. Why did he get it for free? Because the staff mistook him for Steve Carell.

We thought it was a good opportunity for truTV to get involved. So I contacted Pret A Manger and asked if they would be up for making Steve Carell a gift card so that the real Steve Carell could get free sandwiches and not the fake one, Joe Gatto.

 

Pret A Manger obliged, so we made a gift card, contacted Steve Carell's management, and sent it over to Steve. It was a great (and free) way to have fun with a big food company and movie star.
